CORIANDER (FRANCE) (CORIANDRUM SATIVUM-UMBELLIFERAE)
This oil is distilled from the crushed, ripe seeds of a small herb native to southeastern Europe. Coriander oil is slightly yellow and has a musky, aromatic and fresh spicy scent. It is a natural deodorant and also works to stimulate the digestive system. Approximately 220 pounds are needed to obtain four to six pounds of oil.
PRINCIPAL CONSTITUENTS: An Alcohol (coriandrol, 60% to 65%), geraniol, and piene, traces of borneol, cymene, dipentene, phellandrene, and terpinenene. It is easily adulterated and/or simulated with orange and turpentine essential oils. As with any other Essential Oils, it is a must to know your source for assurance of therapeutic performance.

ANECDOTAL INFORMATION: A great addition to any non-toxic deodorant product. Coriander is also useful when smelled to increase appetite.
